This might not suit everyone but it definitely fits my lifestyle. I'm not super picky about styling my hair, as long as it does a decent result then it's good. That's why I choose not to spend around 150 for those super high end flat irons. I travel a lot for my work and a lot of times, I don't get that much time to pack. The mini iron is perfect for that. I just throw it in my bag and that's that! Very smart for Cortex to come out with a duo styler set like this!

Now this is what I call a good deal. 89 dollars and I get the best of both worlds! Don't underestimate a mini size flat iron as it's super convenient and it actually gets the job done. I hate packing big when I go on trips so I actually leave the normal sized one at home and only take the mini. The standard iron works well with my hair too as I don't have very silky hair. I'm more towards the curly and thick type of hair, yet it still gets rid of all the frizz and makes it somewhat silky when done!
