Good straightener but not superb for curling May 8, 2011

It's alright as a hair straightener. I tried using it to curl my hair and I don't think it works as well. Tried my friends Cortex and it worked well with both. She was helping me at the same time with the cortex, so maybe i'm not being fair to my Cricket iron. I still had a better experience with the other iron though.

I was initially a bit concerned with the power of this flat iron. Cricket only gave its max power to 400F and it worried me. I read online that it gives amazing qualities due to its steamburst technology. So I went for it and I do not regret one single bit. My hair seriously feels very hydrated. It feels and looks better than ever! Great job Cricket!
