Recommended by a friend and been reading some of the reviews here. I have to agree, HAI straightener is doing an amazing styling job for my hair. It's easy to use, and it straightens all of my hair in just a bit over 10 minutes. I haven't tried using it as a curler yet, I'll do that soon and post again :)

I would say this is overall an impressive hair straightener. I really like how the plates firmly grips onto my hair yet it doesn't snag it at all. Interesting how it can be so smooth and grasp my hair so tight. I probably used it for about 10 times in the past month since I purchased this and I haven't found any problems yet - not that i'm expecting any! I heard HAI is a very trustworthy brand from my stylist.

Owned this and wasn't too happy with the way it straightens my hair. I thought it took too long. Maybe I'm just not used to using it and wasn't patient enough to try more times. I trade it in for a KQC X-Heat and god do I love it! First time was already a charm and it straighten my hair so fast. Trust me peeps!

Very decent flat iron if you ask me. I used it about 5 times and the outlooks are consistent. It never failed to give my hair a nice shine and it's very easy to use. I'm going to recommend some of my friends to give HAI flat iron a try and see if they like it too :)

Very handy flat iron all because of the features it includes. Been loyal to CHI flat irons for a long time, but my cousin finally convinced me to try out a HAI flat iron.
