I'm not a big fan of the brand Hot Tools. I still bought this curler because the price is just too much of a bargain. Where in the world are you going to find a styling product this cheap? It's giving me decent finishes too. I got this exact barrel size and I'm not having any trouble with my curls. Not so sure about Hot Tools flat irons though, I'd stick to my Babyliss styler for straightening.

Lots of my friends use hair straighteners to even curl their hair. I know it works very well too. But since I'm not looking to straighten my hair, and only planning to purely curl, I got this hot tools curler because it's so cheap! Guarantee u won't be able to find a straightener for this price. It also works very fast and actually gives out nice curls that lasts pretty long!

A curling iron for under 50 dollars I had to buy it right away. Can't hurt that much if it doesn't work great! The results are pretty good, not the best, but definitely exceeded my expectations for such a low pricing product. Curls are well balanced and doesn't take many tries at all.
